When: Sunday, February 9, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Where: Upper Alton Baptist Church, 2726 College Ave., Alton, IL 62002 

Why: Where else can you get all-you-can-eat chocolate for only $7 and benefit a well-deserving preschool? Upper Alton Baptist Church will be hosting the annual Chocolate Festival from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 9th.  All proceeds will benefit Upper Alton Baptist Church’s Preschool.
