All levels are welcome – Whether you're looking to build strength, tone muscles, or enhance your practice, this class offers a challenging yet accessible experience. Each session concludes with a grounding cool-down to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and restored.

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind to grow stronger—one pose at a time.
