Spring Fling

About this event

     Resurrection Lutheran Church will be hosting a “Spring Fling” on Saturday, May 3rd, from 11-3.  The church is located at 1211 W. Homer Adams Parkway in Godfrey.  This is designed to be purely a day of fun and food for kids.  An Easter and candy hunt will kick off the festivities (we’re only a little bit late), followed by a light lunch of hot days, chips, Krispy Treats, lemonade, and Kool-Aid.   After lunch, activities will resume, including a couple of bounce houses, relay races, and cornhole toss games.  Reading with Mr. Mark will take place throughout the afternoon.  The day and all events are TOTALLY FREE!  We’re just looking to provide a few hours of fun for kids.  Registration will begin at 11:00 and parents are invited to stay for the day if they wish.  We’re hoping for good weather, but if that doesn’t happen, this day will be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date.  If you have any questions, please contact the church at 618-466-2788 and email Kay Tucker at tuckant@gmail.com.  We look forward to you joining us on May 3rd.
