On June 26, 2026, the Carlinville Chamber of Commerce, alongside local partners and organizations, invites you to experience 62626 Day. A community-wide celebration built around a once-in-a-lifetime alignment of date and ZIP code.

From 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the historic Carlinville Square will come alive with food, music, and family-friendly activities that reflect the spirit of this town and the people who make it special.

A Taste of Carlinville
Local restaurants will bring their flavors to the Square, offering specialty items created just for the event. It’s a chance to experience some of Carlinville’s best all in one place.

History Meets Today
Take a walk through the “Through a Different Lens” Historical Photo Trail, an interactive experience that pairs historic images with present-day locations. Each stop includes a QR code so visitors can explore the stories behind the buildings and businesses that shaped Carlinville.

A Night Full of Energy
Starting at 5:00 PM, families can enjoy kids activities and bounce houses while the evening kicks off with live music by Hank Greenwalt.

At 6:26 PM, the Carlinville Municipal Band takes the gazebo stage for a special hometown moment, accompanied by the Rotary Ice Cream Social.

The night continues with a headline performance from Miles Station at 7:30 PM, bringing high-energy live music to the Square.

Throughout the evening, a community photo projection will showcase the faces, memories, and moments that define Carlinville.

All Day: Sidewalk sales and downtown activity
5:00 PM: Event begins, food service opens, kids activities and live music start
6:26 PM: Municipal Band and Rotary Ice Cream Social
7:30 PM: Miles Station live on stage
10:00 PM: Event concludes
