ARC Angels Foundation : A Mental Health Program for Tweens/Teens, Grades 5-12 Tuesday, August 4 5:30 PM SMRLD, 2001 Delmar Ave Pizza will be served! As young people prepare to take the next steps in life, many are faced with uncertainty, pressure, and major life changes. In this live learning experience, we focus on helping young lives navigate life transitions by building confidence, resilience, and real world readiness. Topics include managing stress, understanding how transitions can affect our mental health, building healthy relationships, and developing life skills such as communication and self-advocacy.
