Police set up a perimeter complete with the Alton K9 and St. Louis County helicopter but were unable to locate the suspect. They did, however, speak to a female passenger in the car who Carlton says gave them information on who was driving, and they subsequently found the suspect’s identification in the vehicle. Charges are expected to be filed next week.
