Phase 1B of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Jersey County continues, with about 5,000 people now vaccinated in the county. The availability of the vaccine is getting better, according to an official at the health department, but they are still following state guidelines to make sure those who want the vaccine can get it in the proper order.
