It’s been about two months since the state mandated restaurants and bars close to indoor dining. With Phase Three of the Reopen Illinois plan ready to roll out in about a week, one local establishment is gearing up for a step toward returning to normal.
Johnson’s Corner in Alton has offered curbside service during the shut-down, as have many establishments. The restaurant’s Jimmy Johnson tells The Big Z they are making plans to seat customers outdoors when the time comes.
