The Madison County Veterans Assistance Commission is still offering services during the stay-at-home order. Veterans can reach out by phone to the office and explain their needs and staff will then offer ways to work through their problem over the phone, by mail or email.

Lavite says they also work with emergency veteran’s assistance, which deals with situations out of the veteran’s control, and that’s a one-time service based on income. For more information on Madison County Veterans Assistance, call 618-296-4554.
