Charles "Charlie" Richard Ethridge, 35, passed away on January 5th, 2022, at Alton Memorial Hospital.
He was born on October 6th, 1986. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and great uncle. Charlie worked as a certified nursing assistant for many years, when he wasn’t working, he loved spending time with his great nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Deborah Ethridge and Ronnie Tidwell of Brighton; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Susan Orban and Lonnie Melenthin of Bunker Hill, and Dorothy and Jeffrey Gaither of Alton; one step-sister and brother-in-law, Crystal and Jake Delp of Wood River; many nieces and nephews, along with great-nieces and nephews whom he enjoyed the most.
He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jewell and Dorothy Orban.
Per his wishes he will be cremated. Memorials may be given to the family
He is loved and will be missed by many.
