Edwin C. Willis, age 63 of Mulberry Grove, Illinois, passed away suddenly at home Thursday, December 26, 2024.
A celebration of life will be held 5 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2025, at the Mulberry Grove American Legion, Mulberry Grove, Illinois. The family will have a private interment in Mulberry Grove Cemetery. Donnell–Wiegand Funeral Home, Mulberry Grove, Illinois, in charge of arrangements.
Edwin C. Willis, the son of Maurice and Judy Willis, was born June 16, 1961, at Pamona Valley Hospital in California. He is the father of James Willis Alexis Willis of Vandalia, Illinois.
He is also survived by his dad Maurice Willis, sister Sharri Willis, brother Gary Willis, his wife Becky Willis, and sister-in-law Charolette Willis, and 9 nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his mother Judy Willis and youngest brother Kenneth Willis.
Ed worked at various jobs after moving back to Mulberry Grove. His sister, Sharri, had Edwin move in with her and helped take care of him.
