Donald J. Lowery, 83, died at 7:01 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Born July 26, 1941 in Alton, he was the son of Eldon Earl “Casey” and Eva (Hardwick) Lowery.Donald retired as an engineer for Olin Brass.
Surviving is a niece, Caitlyn Lowery of Alton, a friend, who was like a son, Dennis Lee “DJ” Rose of St. Louis, MO and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Lowery.
