Darla J. Fredeking, nee Wood, 73, of Swansea, IL, born Saturday, May 26, 1951, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Friday, April 25, 2025 at Grand Manor in Swansea, IL.
Darla worked as an E. R. Medical Clerk for St. Elizabeth’s Hospital for 30 years. She attended the First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, IL and was an avid Cardinals fan.

Services: Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL, with Rev. Scott Douglas officiating.
Darla wishes, were to donate her body to Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO.
