Kenneth R. Gallup, 68, of Alton, IL passed away Monday May 12, 2025 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
He was born on January 9, 1957 in Alton, the son of the late Charles A. and Shirley E. (Brown) Gallup. He was retired from Pepsi Company. He was a member of the Wood River Moose Lodge 1349. He married Vickie Ursch on July 9, 1983 in East Alton, IL.
Surviving are his wife, Vickie, son and daughter, Keith R. (Heather) Gallup of Bethalto, IL and Amanda K. (Matt) Crane of Brighton, IL; grandchildren, Keigan Gallup, Jace Crane and Emma Crane; his twin sister, Cynthia K. (Ed) Vatole of Pontoon Beach, IL and sister, Mary Ann Baum of Alton, IL.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Earl Gallup, Jeffery Gallup. Donald Gallup, Chuck Gallup and Mike Gallup.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm, Monday, May 19, 2025 at Gent Funeral Home, Alton. Funeral service will be held at 10 am, Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Gent Funeral Home, Alton. Burial will be in Valhalla Memorial Park, Godfrey, IL.
