Rudolph Michael “Rudy” Zidarevich, Jr., 55, passed away peacefully at his home at 3:19am on Saturday, May 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on February 11, 1970, in Kincheloe Air Force Base, Michigan, Rudy was the youngest of the three children to Rudy and Cindy (Magee) Zidarevich, Sr. of Belleville, Illinois. He was a happy little kid who made everyone laugh.
He graduated from Lajes Field High School in Azores, Portugal in 1988. He was employed at Kraft Heinz where he retired working there for thirty years. He enjoyed being around his wife, his family, his dogs, attending concerts, and playing computer games.
In addition to his parents, Rudy is survived by his paternal grandma: Joanne Zidarevich of Michigan, his wife: Sandy, his children: Ashley Rose Zidarevich, Alexandra Lynann Zidarevich, Cody Michael Zidarevich, his grandchildren: Roman Isaiah Lillie, Zayden Jeremiah Zidarevich, his brother and sister in law: Richard and Denise Zidarevich of Illinois, and his sister: Melissa Wilkey of Ohio.
He was preceded in death by a son: Dennie Joe Dailey.
In celebration of his life, private services were held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River.
