Erma Krotz

Erma J. Krotz., 94, died at 5:22 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2012 with her family by her side at St. Anthony’s Health Center.  Born November 21, 1917 in McLeansboro, IL . She was the daughter of the late George and Cora(Dial)Nalley. On April 21, 1938 in St. Louis she married Leonard Krotz. He preceded her in death in 1984. She enjoyed dancing with Leonard, playing golf and bowling and was a member of the Alton Eagles Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are three children; Robert Schutz (Katherine) of Green Valley, AZ.; Sandra Huber (Richard) of Godfrey; and Larry Krotz (Teresa) of Brighton, IL; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and seven sisters. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday June 10^th at Gent Funeral home in Alton where funeral services will be 11:00a.m. Monday June 11, 2012 with Rev. David Weimer officiating.
