Robert “Bob” Greeling, 68, died at 7:37 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Heritage Manor in Staunton, IL.
He was born September 11, 1943 in Alton the son of John W. and Geraldine L. Greeling. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business from SIUE, was an avid member of NRA and served with the U.S. Army as a Seargent. He retired from Nestle Corp. in Granite City and retired from Gilster-Mary Lee Bakeries in St. Louis.
He is survived by three daughters; Kimberley Sinyard and her husband Richard of Villa Rica, GA, Becky Volentine and her husband Dave of Staunton and Kelly Greeling of South Korea, five grandchildren; Ethan Sinyard, Alex Sinyard, Niki Volentine, Dain Volentine and Mason Volentine.
An open house to celebrate his life will be at 4:00 p.m. on June 30, 2012 at the home of Dave and Becky Volentine. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Staunton Police Department.
