Dorothy Jo Ubben, 83, of Staunton, IL, died at Copper Creek Cottages of Litchfield on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 9:08 am.
She was born July 8, 1941, in Litchfield, IL to Joseph S. Garella & Eleanor A. Brady Garella. She married Dr. John W Ubben in 1967 in Carlinville. He preceded her in death in May, 2011. She was a registered nurse in the office of Dr. John W. Ubben. Dorothy was a former member of Rainbow Girls.
She is survived by her sisters, Carole (Willard) Scheller of Eagarville, IL, Sherry (Joe) Barbush of Manchester, MO, nephew, Dino J. DeLaurent, niece, Kelly Favre, great nieces and great nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, and niece, Missy Medders.
Friends may call on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie from 9:30 am until 11:30 am.
Funeral services are Monday, February 24, 2025 at 11:30 am at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Staunton, IL.
