Ronald T. Lewis, age 52, of Las Vegas, NV, born on July 20, 1973, in East Saint Louis, IL, died on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at North Vista Hospital in North Las Vegas, NV.
Ron enjoyed traveling across the United States working at many different restaurants and stadiums in many major cities, including Chicago and Las Vegas. He loved his family gatherings and the memories made from them. Ron cherished his mother and sister and would do anything in the world for them.
He is preceded in death by his: father, Donald E. Lewis; and his brother, Robert Lewis.
Ron is survived by his: children, Ky Lewis, Ron Lewis, Jr., and Ashley Dodd; mother, Linda Figueroa; sister, Victoria Figueroa; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ron will be sadly missed by everyone.
Donations may be made directly to the family and will be accepted at the mortuary.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kassly Mortuary Ltd., 9900 St. Clair Avenue, Fairview Heights, IL 62208.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Fairmont City, IL, with Fr. Harold Fisher officiating. A funeral procession will be departing Kassly Mortuary in Fairview Heights for Holy Rosary at 9:30 a.m.
Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
