The annual Alton Invitational Track and Field Meet featured Alton High School, East St. Louis, Belleville West, Marquette Catholic, Hazelwood West and St. Louis Notre Dame on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Belleville West scored 169.5 points to win the team title.
