Sweet Corn Bread

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups corn meal

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar packed

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 ;cups buttermilk

2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9 pan. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Add wet ingredients ;;;to dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes - until toothpick comes out clean.

Fast and easy. Great with chili.
