Quick & Easy Keto-Friendly Chili
1 TBSP olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
½ pound of ground beef
2 TBSP chili seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
8oz beef broth
3 TBSP Tomato Paste
1 TBSP chiles
2 tsp chives
Shredded cheese (to taste)
Heat pan to medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil
Add diced onion to pan and cook until translucent
Next, brown ½ pound of ground beef in the same pan and then add 2 tbsp of chili seasoning
Add a large pot to medium-high heat and add the contents of the pan to the pot
Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, 8oz of beef broth and remainder of chili seasoning
Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 tbsp of chilies and bring to a simmer
Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes or more
Serve and top with chives and cheese (to taste)
