Pineapple Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
1 can (large) crushed pineapple1/2 cup small marshmallows
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
6 ounces Cheddar cheese, cubed
Directions:
• Drain pineapple & save juice.
• Put juice, beaten egg, sugar and flour in a sauce pan.
• Boil until thick.
• When thick pour over pineapple.
• Cool slightly
• Then stir in marshmallows and cheese
