Hats Off to Hayden

Firetrucks, police, the mayor, East Alton citizens, teachers, students, and super heroes filled the streets outside Eastwood Elementary to celebrate Hat's Off to Hayden and declare Hayden Brown's special day. Brown, a kindergartner at Eastwood Elementary, was recently diagnosed with terminal illness.
