Hamlin-Laird E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, Y.A.C.E.P, Certified Master Sound Healer, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Personal Trainer; as she guides you in learning the art of deep relaxation through breath work, restorative yoga poses, guided visualizations, and the use of props to ensure optimal comfort.
