On this Wednesday in the Heart of the Riverbend, Jared Hennings joins us to bring us all of the details of the upcoming dates to be a part of the Freedom to Equality Tours through Great Rivers and Routes. On Oct. 19 and Nov. 16, be a part of the tour that highlights Black History in Alton beginning with the famed Underground Railroad and following history through the fight for civil liberties and includes the cultural contributions that shaped not only Alton but the United States. Lacy joins us at 10:10 to look at Alton 100 years ago, and gain insights from her latest piece! At 10:35 we are joined by the Happy Hour Barber Stop! They will be in the studio to fill us in on their Trunk or Treat, and how we can be a part of it!
