At 6:00 PM, the festivities officially begin with the arrival of Santa Claus on the trolley, kicking off an evening filled with holiday cheer, family excitement, and the warm spirit of the season. We’ll bring you the sights, sounds, and celebration as the community gathers together to welcome the Christmas season in the heart of downtown Alton.

From Santa’s grand entrance to the lighting of the tree, plus interviews, reactions, and live moments from the crowd — we’ll be there for all of it.
