Joseph B. Ballard passed away June 20, 2017, at 6:51am, at Alton Memorial Hospital. He married Joe Ann (Bain) on July14, 1979, she survives along with eight Children, 21 Grandchildren, and 18 Great Grandchildren . A private Celebration of Life will be held Saturday. Memorials may be made to Marks Mortuary in care of Joe Ann Ballard.
