WRAP Program hosted by Oasis Health

Oasis Health will be hosting a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)® program at Senior Services Plus every Thursday starting April 6, 2023 until May 11th, 2023 from 1:00pm-3pm. This FREE weekly class will be held for 6 weeks at SSP. The WRAP program is designed to assist people who are isolated and want to have more control in their life. Participants will receive a Wellness Toolbox that will assist them with their health and quality of life. Participants MUST register to attend this event. To register, please call 314.862.4859, ext. 24 Ask to register for WRAP #1693.  For questions call 618-465-3298 ext. 123. Senior Services Plus is located at 2603 North Rodgers Avenue in Alton.
