Our focus is FRESH, FROM SCRATCH, DELICIOUS FOOD. We are NOT your typical pub. We are chef owned, chef driven, and hyper focused on locally sourced, fresh ingredients. You can count on one hand how many prepared, frozen ingredients that we use- no joke. We slice our own meats, we shred our cheeses, we hand batter our fish, we cut our fresh vegetables, we make our own pot roast, we use local Companion Bakery fresh bread, heck, we even make our own falafel from dry chickpeas!
