Paula F Smith, 70, of Medora, passed away at 5:18 pm on Jan 16, 2019 at Jersey Community Hospital. She was born on July 28, 1948 in Carlinville to Paul & Helen (Strunk) Gorham.
She married Edward Smith on Dec 29, 2011 in Alton. Edward passed away on Jan 12, 2012
She is survived by a daughter; Charlene Branham of S Roxana 2 n.grandchildren; Ashley (Branham) Carey and Richard Cole Branham and sister & brother in law Sue & Claud Roemer of AltoShe worked at Blue Fountain Manor as a CNA.She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister Virginia Smith.
Visitation will be 10-11 on Sat Jan 26, 2019 at Targhetta F H in Medora.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Sat Jan 26, 2019 at Targhetta F H in Medora with Rev Ray Robinson officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial may be made to The Medora Unit of the Area Ambulance Service or the Medora Fire Department.
