Karen Marie Bartlett, 66, passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
Born April 17, 1957 in Wood River, she was the daughter of Webster and Beryl (Moore) Mouser.
She had worked in the rim fire division of the Olin Corporation for over 20 years before retiring.
On May 17, 1991 in Edwardsville, she married William "Billy" Bartlett, Sr.. He died August 2, 2022.
Surviving are a step-son, William Bartlett, Jr. of Wood River; daughter, Elizabeth (Zach) Hopwood of Staunton; step-daughter, Amanda (Noah) Gust of Wood River; six grandchildren, Kaiden Linkeman, Rylee Bartlett, Nicolette Schaub, Jersey Gust, Tenley Hopwood, Tessa Hopwood; and a brother, Roger (Lana) Mouser of Wood River.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a brother, Gary Mouser.
Visitation will be from 12 pm until time of service at 2 pm, Sunday, November 26 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
Cremation rites will follow the service.
Interment will be in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
