Anthony A. Mayo, 65, of Swansea, IL, born May 23, 1960, in West Chester, PA, died Saturday, May 24, 2025, at his residence, Swansea, IL.
Anthony worked 40 years in civil service for the United States Army. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling and golfing. Anthony loved being at home enjoying the company of his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Mayo.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Mayo, nee Lucarello; a son, Anthony S. “TJ” Mayo, Jr.; his mother, Nancy, nee Webster, Mayo; two brothers, Stephen (Julie) Mayo and Bradley (Shelly) Mayo; and dear nieces and nephews, Derek L. Mayo, Jason A. Mayo, Miles B. Mayo, Ella J. Mayo, and Parker J. Mayo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Belleville Area Humane Society. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.rennerfh.com.
