Brenda Kay Schmerbauch, 78, of Pontoon Beach, IL, died Sat. July 5, 2025 at her home.
She was born Jan 3, 1947 in East St. Louis to the late Dorothy Jean (Jenkins) Robertson.
Brenda loved being a seller for Home Interiors for 30 years. She also sold furniture at area furniture stores. She was a private person and loved her cat and little dog.
She is survived by a brother, Daryle Robertson of Belleville, IL a nephew and niece who cared for her, Chris “Cook” and Hannah Quick of Cedar Hill, MO, and nephews, Neil Wayne Quick, and his wife, Stacy of Imperial, MO, and Jordan Gutierrez of Denver, CO.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin Marie Schmerbauch Craig, a sister, Susan Marie Quick, and her step-father, Sydney Robertson.
