Theresa Marie Pantig, nee Climaco, 50, of Freeburg, IL, born June 10, 1975, in Belleville, IL, died Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL, surrounded by her loved ones.
Theresa was very active and loved traveling, snowboarding, running 5k marathons, and going for walks around the neighborhood. She loved watching detective shows, especially the shows Psych and Monk. She was a foodie and her favorites were old style bulgogi (Korean BBQ) and taro flavored milk tea.
She was committed to her profession as a healthcare financial analyst and earned many achievements including the respect from peers and competitors in the industry.
She dedicated herself to motherhood and her favorite thing to do was raising her two beautiful children and spending time with them.
She is survived by her loving husband, Alexander Pantig; her son, Riley Pantig; her daughter, Alex Marie Pantig; her parents, Cesar Floreta Climaco and Sandra, nee Becker, Climaco; two sisters, Delora and Cindy Climaco; three brothers, Ben Climaco, Greg (Laurie) Climaco, and Brian (Jade) Climaco; and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Funeral: A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Holy Childhood of Jesus Catholic Church, Mascoutah, IL.
According to Theresa’s wishes, cremation services were held.
