Laura Elizabeth Feazel, 83, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Calhoun Nursing and Rehab in Hardin.
Born August 24, 1940 in Harrisburg, IL, she was the daughter of Loial and Lattie (Davis) Cunningham.
She had worked as a manager for the Clark Service Station in Cottage Hills.
On September 26, 1959 in Shawneetown, IL, she married Joe W. Feazel. He died in November 19, 1993.
She enjoyed traveling, baby sitting, and making Christmas cookies.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth (Melinda) Feazel of Godfrey, Kelly (Denise) Feazel of Bunker Hill; three daughters, Kathy (Tom) Sigite of Murrayville, IL, Kristy (Roy) File of Carrollton, Karen (Matthew) Trigg of Wood River; 13 grandchildren, Mike, Abby, Katie, Cody, Ashley, Chelsey, Brittany, Tabbitha, Kelsey, Clay, Dakota, Kenzie and Brandon; 23 great grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; brother, Tom Cunningham of Bunker Hill; and sister, Mary Cunningham of Bethalto.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two brothers, William Cunningham and Wendell Cunningham.
Visitation will be from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm, Monday, January 29 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River. Pastor Isaac King will officiate.
Burial will follow in Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials are suggested to the American Red Cross.
